Alyssa graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.S. in Journalism in 2000. She has spent the last 17 years working in the optical industry before deciding to make a career change and return to school in 2016. She is a recent graduate of Texas All Breed Grooming School in Arlington, TX where she completed a 12 week hands-on training program and earned her Grooming Certification in 2017. She believes in gentle and compassionate grooming and excellent customer service. She and her husband, Sebastien have been married for four years and live in McKinney, Texas with their three cats, Solly, Naya and Miracle and their dog Ava.
